This year’s Portfolio and Raising the Bar summer programme will take place from 24 – 28 July. If you want to explore your creativity, are in the south-east, and in school years 10-13 you can apply. It is a great opportunity for anyone taking GCSE or A Levels in Art and Design.
The five-day practical workshops will give you a chance to explore new techniques, mediums and ways of working, under the guidance of professional artists and makers.
This year’s sessions will focus on generating ideas, finding your creative voice, and learning new skills. It will also include a trip to FfotoGallery in Cardiff on Saturday 23 September. Here, the group will be given a tour of the current exhibition and take part in a workshop led by their team.
