Our programme of exhibitions and showcases aim to support and inspire artists and audiences, sharing the work of visual artists and makers from across Wales, the UK and internationally. This includes leading and emerging creatives, with specific opportunities for nurturing new voices.

With work shared throughout our building, in our gallery spaces, foyer, café and meeting rooms, we aim to create a diverse programme that celebrates visual arts and craft.

We also have a programme of Touring Exhibitions with partner galleries, and a Permanent Collection, which we have been building for 55 years.

Current

Craft Showcase

An exhibition by artist and multi-disciplinary printmaker Sally Adkins. Sally’s practice explores a sense of both the ‘within’ and ‘beyond’ in landscape: she investigates the emotional and spiritual response to being immersed in nature, expressing the depths and heights that can be experienced within the natural world, especially the exquisite dialogue between water and land.

Art in the Café

Lucy Burden is a painter who creates atmospheric landscapes and seascapes, full of movement and fluidity. She particularly loves to paint the countryside of Mid Wales and the Cardiganshire coast where she lives.
