By Bus: Llantarnam Grange is served by a number of service providers (below), all of which arrive and depart at Cwmbran Bus Station, Glyndwr Road, which is adjacent to Llantarnam Grange. There is also a stop in front of Llantarnam Grange on St. David’s Road.

By Car: The Cwmbran Centre Glyndwr Rd Car Park is a free car park (long-stay advised to check tariffs), parallel to Llantarnam Grange. There are also a number of disabled parking bays in front of Llantarnam Grange, which can be accessed via St. David’s Road. If you live anywhere within the shaded area you are no more than an hour away from Llantarnam Grange by car.
