Our programme of exhibitions and showcases aim to support and inspire artists and audiences, sharing the work of visual artists and makers from across Wales, the UK and internationally. This includes leading and emerging creatives, with specific opportunities for nurturing new voices.
With work shared throughout our building, in our gallery spaces, foyer, café and meeting rooms, we aim to create a diverse programme that celebrates visual arts and craft.
We also have a programme of Touring Exhibitions with partner galleries, and a Permanent Collection, which we have been building for 55 years.

Art in the Café
An exhibition by artist Mary James, exploring the human body through life drawing, oil paint and cold wax. Starting with careful observation, her work develops into layered, expressive paintings that move between figure and abstraction.
By softening edges, changing skin tones and partly concealing the body, Mary invites you to reflect on how we see the nude figure and what it can reveal about identity, vulnerability, and perception.
